Most eligible Ford Fathom parts and accessories may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Start with our team so we can guide your return to the right place.
THE RETURN WINDOW
Most returns are accepted within 7 days.
To request a return, contact FathomMods within 7 calendar days of receiving your order. Products should be unused, uninstalled and returned in their original condition with all packaging, components, hardware and documentation included.
Please do not ship a product back before receiving authorization. Return locations can vary by product and supplier, so every approved return must include an RMA number and must be sent to the return address provided by our team.
Request an RMAReceive your RMA
If the item is eligible, we’ll provide a Return Merchandise Authorization number and the correct return address.
Pack and ship
Pack the product securely, include the RMA information and send it to the address supplied by our team.

RMA required
Returns sent without an approved RMA number, or sent to an address other than the one provided, may be delayed or refused.
Some items may be excluded
Installed, used, modified, custom-order, clearance and certain electrical items may not be returnable. Product-specific terms will take priority where stated.
Return shipping
Unless an item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, return shipping costs are generally the customer’s responsibility. Use a trackable service and retain your shipping receipt.
Inspection and refund
Approved returns are inspected after arrival. Eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return has been received and accepted.
